How it works

From interest to seat

  1. Send a request

Use the contact form to name the session and the number of seats. Confirmation arrives by email, usually within five working days.

  2. Receive the reading pack

About a week before the date, attendees receive a short list of references, so that the discussion can build on shared material.

  3. Attend and take part

Sessions begin with a short presentation of about 30 minutes. The remaining time is open discussion, held in English with occasional clarification in Bahasa Indonesia.

  4. Review the notes

A summary of the discussion is published on the journal page within two weeks, with corrections welcome.

What to bring

  • A notebook or tablet for personal notes.
  • Any questions about studies you have read.
  • Comfortable clothing, as some sessions include light movement demonstrations.
  • A water bottle; refreshments are limited to water and tea.
