Build a week you can repeat.

Training quality is often less about heroic sessions than about arranging stress, skill and recovery with enough patience.

A balanced training menu

Easy aerobic work

Conversational efforts create room for volume and help distinguish fitness from constant strain.

Progressive strength

Controlled resistance supports force production and confidence in everyday movement.

Small doses of speed

Short, well-rested efforts can maintain coordination without making every session maximal.

The repeatability test

At the end of a month, ask whether the plan left you able to work, sleep and return to the next session with interest. If not, change the dose before changing the goal.

  • Increase one variable at a time.
  • Leave space for heat and travel.
  • Keep a record that takes under two minutes.

A useful weekly sketch

Monday

Strength and mobility with generous pauses.

Wednesday

Easy aerobic work guided by conversation.
